Hafner, excriador de cerdos, inventor arruinado, amante insolente y ante todo antiguo oficial de las SS, vive en España rodeado de amigos nazis y soñando con el advenimiento del Cuarto Reich. A través del film nos introducirá, orgulloso y sin complejos, en su mundo oscuro y grotesco, que ha fabricado a su medida y en el cual reina con aparente soberbia. Finalmente la realidad vendrá a su encuentro.

Hafner, a former pig farmer, failed inventor, insolent lover but especially a former SS officer, lives in Spain surrounded by Nazi cohorts, dreaming about the coming of the Fourth Reich. The film will introduce us, proudly and without complications, to his dark grotesque tailor-made world where he rules with apparent arrogance. Truth will eventually catch up to him.

GÜNTER SCHWAIGER (Neumarmarkt, Salzburg, 1965)
Estudió Etnología y Drama en la Universidad de Vienna. Es director de documentales, teatro y cortometrajes, varios de ellos ganadores de premios internacionales. Su trabajo aborda problemas de comunicación, soledad y la cada vez más grande indiferencia social.

He studied Ethnology and Drama at the University of Vienna and is the director of documentaries, theater and short features, many of them award-winning. His works deal with communication problems and loneliness in an increasingly indifferent society.
