El niño más soñador e inquieto de la literatura chilena dejó de ser un habitante exclusivo de los libros para cobrar una nueva dimensión en la pantalla grande.

Det, un niño marciano cae desde su nave a la Tierra, donde se encontrará con Papelucho. Como el pequeño extraterrestre se siente débil tomará su mejor opción y se meterá al interior de Papelucho para sobrevivir. De allí en adelante, las aventuras increíbles vincularán a ambos a historias tanto en la Tierra como en Marte.

Chilean literature’s dreamiest and energetic child has left the realm of literature in order to gain a new dimension on the big screen. Det a Martian boy falls from his spaceship onto earth, where he will meet Papelucho. Since the little alien boy is feeling weak, he will take his best option and jump inside Papelucho in order to survive. From that moment on, incredible adventures will join the two of them in stories both on Earth as well as on Mars.

ALEJANDRO JOSÉ ROJAS TÉLLEZ. Licenciado en Arte de la Universidad Católica de Chile, entre 1990 y 1993 fue profesor jefe de los talleres de dibujos animados de Cineanimadores S.A., y en 2004, director de la carrera de Animación en la Universidad Mayor de Chile. De 1984 a 2001 hizo trabajos de animación para spots publicitarios y series televisivas. Realizó Ogú y Mampato en Rapanui (2002, largometraje), este es su segundo largometraje animado.

Bachelor in Art from the Universidad Católica de Chile, he was head teacher of animation workshops in de Cineanimadores S.A and in 2004 became director of the School of Animation at the Universidad Mayor de Chile. From 1984 to 2001 he has made animation works for advertisements, and TV series. He has made Ogú y Mampato en Rapanui (2002, feature film), Papelucho y el Marciano is his second animation feature film.
