Desde el primer día en su nueva casa la familia López perciben sucesos extraños, que presagian una vida complicada en ese lugar. Los vecinos son también extraños. Doña Sabrina, una viuda: la Sra. Salgado, su casera y un misterioso vecino, llamado «El Cojo».Sara, la hija menor se asusta al descubrir a un fantasma que campa a sus anchas por el edificio. La familia López no dispone de dinero para mudarse a otro lugar. Sara tendrá que superar su fuerte afección respiratoria, que tiene más que ver con sus propios miedos que con la enfermedad, y luchará por descubrir la explicación y los entresijos de las apariciones del fantasma del viejo inquilino, quien si permanece vagando en el edificio sólo puede ser por haber muerto de forma violenta. ¿Querrá eso decir que hay un asesino en el edificio?

From the very first day at their new home, the Lopez family perceives strange things happening. Things that foretell a complex life in that place. The neighbors are also odd. Doña Sabrina, a widower: Mrs. Salgado, their landlady and a mysterious neighbor called «El Cojo». Sara the youngest daughter is scared by a ghost she finds, who roams the building. The Lopez family has no money to move somewhere else. Sara will have to overcome her respiratory disease, which is more related to her fears than with illness, and will fight to discover an explanation and the inner workings of the apparitions of an old tenant’s ghost, who surely remains haunting the old building because he died a violent death. Does that mean that there is a killer in the building?.

IBÓN CORMENZANA.
Licenciado en ciencias económicas y empresariales. Ha realizado diversos cursos de guión, producción y dirección cinematográfica en Rice University (Houston) y Panico Media Workshop ( Londres). Desde 1994 realiza cortometrajes y luego abre su propia productora Infinity Films, para la cual ha producido y dirigido varios largometrajes, entre los que destaca Jaizkibel, ganador del Premio Especial Vía Digital de El Mundo al Cine Vasco. En 2004 funda Arcadia Motion Pictures y produce The Birthday.

Bachelor in Economy and Entrepreneurial Sciences. He has studied several courses in scriptwriting, production and film directing at Rice University (Houston) and Panico Media Workshop ( London). Since 1994 he has done short films and later opens his own production company Infinity Films, for which he has produced and directed several feature films among which we find Jaizkibel, winner of the Premio Especial Vía Digital from El Mundo for Vasque Cinema. In 2004 starts Arcadia Motion pictures and produces The Birthday.
