Un taxista que vive en una vecindad del centro histórico de la ciudad de México, las únicas constantes en su vida: la rutina y la repetición… Una prostituta de bajos vuelos decide dejar de serlo y busca una nueva vida al lado de su pequeño hijo…Un viaje en taxi cambia la vida de todos, solo uno obtiene lo que busca.
A cab driver from a working class neigborhood in Mexico City, routine and repetition are the only constants in his life…A cheap prostitute willing a new better life with her young child… A short cab drive changes their lifes and fullfill only one´s wishes.

ARMANDO CIURANA (México)
Nació en Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico. Estudió Dirección y Guionísmo de Cine en el New Cork Film Academy en 1997, ha trabajado dirigiendo programas de Televisión desde 1991 hasta 2006, entre los que destaca la série “La Familia P. Luche”, “Derbéz en Cuando” y el reality show “Big Brother Mexico”, Actualmente dirige comerciales, “Zapatitos” es su primer película.
Was born in Celaya, Guanajuato, México. Studied directing and script at the New Cork Film Academy in 1997, has worked directing TV shows since 1991 until 2006, as “La Familia P. Luche”, “Derbéz en Cuando” and the reality show “Big Brother Mexico”, now he directs commercial spots, “Zapatitos” is his first film.
