Durante la boda de Antonio, el mayor de una familia de cinco hermanos, el padre sufre un infarto. La boda se interrumpe y la familia al completo se traslada al hospital, donde a lo largo de una tensa noche de espera, empiezan a salir todos los traumas y miserias.

At the wedding of Antonio, the eldest of a five-sibling family, his father has a heart attack. The wedding is interrupted and the whole family goes to the hospital, where all the traumas and miseries appear during a tense night wait.

DANIEL SÁNCHEZ ARÉVALO (Madrid, España, 1970). Guionista profesional desde 1993, tras recibir una beca Fulbright cursó un Master de Cine en la Universidad de Columbia en Nueva York, donde comenzó su carrera como director. Ha realizado más de una docena de cortos que han cosechado alrededor de ciento cincuenta premios. Su debut en el largometraje, Azul oscuro casi negro, ha logrado más de cincuenta galardones en festivales de todo el mundo, entre los que destacan tres premios Goya.

Professional screenwriter since 1993, after being awarded with a Fulbright grant, he took a Master’s Degree of Cinema at the Columbia University (New York), where he began his career as a director. His career as a short film director is endorsed by over a dozen short films that have been awarded with more than 150 awards. His feature film debut, Dark Blue Almost Black, has achieved over 50 awards in cinema festivals from all over the world, among which we must stand out 3 Goya awards.
