Walter Doehner, Fernando Eimbcke, Rodrigo Pla, Gabriel Retes, and Fernando Sariñana are five of the twelve filmmakers that will participate this year in the official section Mexican fiction feature film in the XXIII Guadalajara International Film Festival. This was announced by Jorge Sanchez, director of the Festival, during a breakfast meeting with the local press.

The six titles selected are: Arresto domiciliario (Gabriel Retes), Desierto adentro (Rodrigo Pla), Enemigos íntimos (Fernando Sariñana), Lake Tahoe (Fernando Eimbcke), and El viaje de Teo (Walter Doehner), which will show in the Festival from March 7 to 14.
