On Wednesday 14, the morning lectures of the IV Meeting with Creators carried on. The filming audience had the opportunity to clarify issues with filmmakers and meet them closer.

In this occasion, the Argentinean producer Pablo Rovito, president of Producciones Independientes in Argentina and deputy-president of Productores Iberoamericanos, participated. Rovito has produced over 25 films since 1987. During the conversation, Rovito highlighted the cohesion between Latin American countries to create films and the relation that must prevail when producing with directors, enterprises, and the government. He stated that his work is to create and transform it into reality through images.

For this occasion the lecture included a new format. It was very simple and agile for both the audience and the director. At the end of the conversation, one of Rovito’s recent works produced in Argentina was screened. Ten short-film series in a feature format film known as 18 – J (1994) was presented. They are a tribute to the Jewish victims of terrorist attacks in Argentina.
