Ibero-American Feature Competition

14 km (Spain), Best Ibero-American Feature 2007

To be eligible to compete in this official section, films must have been produced between 2007 and 2008, be in 35 mm format, their country of origin must be a country from Latin-America, Spain or Portugal and they must not have been previously screened or broadcast in Mexico to open audiences.

15 Ibero-American feature films will compete for the following prizes:

  • Best Film (distribution prize)
  • Special Jury Award (distribution prize)
  • Best First Feature (distribution prize)
  • Best Director (cash prize awarded unconditionally to the film’s Director)
  • Best Screenplay (trophy)
  • Best Actor (trophy)
  • Best Actress (trophy)
  • Best Cinematography (trophy)
